We offer a comprehensive control training package covering all significant aspects of control technologies and their application in refining/chemical process industry:

Part Ia: APC Fundamentals and Regulatory Controls

Part Ib: Control Loop Tuning - PC based hands-on approach

Part II: APC for Refining Processes - A comprehensive course covering the design and development of APC solutions for typical process units – Crude, Reformer, FCC, HCR, Blending, etc. A summary exposure of Real Time Optimization (RTO) and Artificial Intelligence technologies is also included.

Part III: Multivariable Predictive Control Training - This course emphasizes a hands-on approach for designing, testing and implementing MVPC control schemes which are becoming a norm for most chemical process units. The course also introduces the I-GMAXC Intelligent Controller, and the material is supplemented with PC based training exercises using the GMAXC and I-GMAXC software packages.
